Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, all items will be returned in exchange for credit voucher. You will received a credit voucher via email once we received your return parcel. Kindly reach us via facebook or instagram
Typically reply in 24 hours, may take longer during festive month or sale.
Can I exchange adhesive bras, lingerie or swimwear?
Yes, exchange is now allow for these categories.
Can I exchange my item if the sizing do not fit me?

What should I do if I received the wrong/defected item?
You may return the defect/wrong item within 7 days from the date you received your item, postage will be fully bear by Dreamscaped (T&C Apply). You will received a new item or a credit voucher for you to place your order again.
All returns must full fill our return T&C:
- Order can only be exchange once.
- All Items must be returned in its original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed)
- All items must be shipped back to us within 7 days upon item received.
- We only refund once we got the returned parcel
- We only refund in credit term. No cash refunds are allowed.
- You may use the received credit voucher to purchase the item that you would like to exchange or feel free to use it for any other items. (No expiry date for the voucher at the moment)
- Reserved is not possible
- Return parcel must be able track.

Out Of Stock Refund
When a product you ordered is sold out, we will make a refund to your bank account.
We re-check all the items before we ship it out, if the item is defected and we do not have enough stocks, this means that your product is no longer available for shipping.
We try our best to most efficiently notify our customers and update our system as frequently as possible to prevent such cases, however these instances are sometimes inevitable and we sincerely apologize for such inconvenience 🙁
