Return And Refund Policy
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, all items will be returned in exchange for credit voucher. You will received a credit voucher via email once we received your return parcel.

What should I do if I received the wrong/defected item?
You may return the defect/wrong item within 7 days from the date you received your item, postage will be fully bear by Dreamscape. You will received a new item or we will make a refund to your bank account after thorough inspection from our side.
Can I exchange my item if the sizing do not fit me?
yes, you may return the item in its original form, new, unused within 7 days from the date you received your item. Customers shall be responsible for the postage fees on both ways. We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers to minimize the risk of loss parcel. Dreamscape will not be responsible for any lost parcel and returns will not be processed if the item does not reach us.
All returns must full fill our return T&C:
- All Items must be returned in its original condition(unaltered, unworn, unwashed)
- Lingerie, undergarments and all SALE/Promotion items are not allow to exchange or return.
- All items must be shipped back to us within 7 days upon item received.
- Buyers shall be responsible for the return cost, but Dreamscape will be responsible for faulty item
- We only refund in credit term. No cash refunds are allowed.
- You may use the received credit voucher to purchase the item that you would like to exchange or feel free to use it for any other items. The voucher will be expired within 14 days of issued and balance will not be refunded.
Out Of Stock Refund
When a product you ordered is sold out, we will make a refund to your bank account.
We re-check all the items before we ship it out, if the item is defected and we do not have enought stocks, this means that your product is no longer available for shipping.
We try our best to most efficiently notify our customers and update our system as frequently as possible to prevent such cases, however these instances are sometimes inevitable and we sincerely apologize for such inconvenience 🙁
