International
We currently serve customers in Singapore. For all other destinations, our team will be pleased to assist with a personalised arrangement. Import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival and will be borne by the customer.
Delivery
Local orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed. During festive seasons, public holidays, or promotional periods, additional time may be required.
Unclaimed parcels will be kept for one month.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. You may also track your order via our tracking page.
Backorder
Selected pieces may be offered on Backorder with an estimated arrival time of 2–4 weeks from the date of payment.
If the item has not arrived after 4 weeks, you may request a refund. Refunds are not applicable before this period.
Orders containing both ready stock and backorder items will be shipped together once all items are available. If you prefer to receive your ready stock earlier, kindly contact us to arrange a separate shipment (additional fees may apply).
Same Day Delivery (Klang Valley)
For urgent deliveries, you may select Same Day Delivery at checkout, available within Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Putrajaya.

- Cut-off time: 4:00 PM
- Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Orders placed after the cut-off time or on non-working days will be delivered on the next working day.
Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the parcel. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery and the parcel is returned to us, a redelivery fee may apply.
In rare cases where we are unable to ship your parcel on time (for example, due to item issues, courier limitations, or severe weather), we sincerely apologise. A full refund will be provided if we are unable to proceed with the shipment.
