What is the shipping cost?

Shipping to west Malaysia will be Flat Rate RM8
Shipping to east Malaysia will be Flat Rate RM12
We provide FREE SHIPPING throughout Malaysia for order above RM180.

Shipping fees to Singapore is FLAT RATE RM30.

We will not be responsible for any damage or delay cause by the courier service.

Do you provide international shipping?
We are ready to accept order from Singapore. For other countries, kindly contact us for further arrangement.
The imposition of import duty taxes is contingent upon the laws of the destination country, and the responsibility for such charges will be borne by the customer upon the arrival of the parcel.

When will my parcel arrive?

You should be able to receive your parcel within 1 ~ 3 working days for local orders (After payment received) (May takes longer during festive Month, public holidays or sales).
We won’t be responsible for delay cause by couriers cause it is out of our control. Take note we will only keep unclaimed parcel for a month.

Can I have my tracking number?
You will receive an email together with your tracking number once we shipped out your parcel. You can also track your order here

For Backorder
Customers have to notice the product availability whether stated with backorder status.
Backorder items may take up to 2-4 weeks arrival upon payment made.
Customer have the right to request for the refund if the backordered items yet to arrive after 4 weeks, refund is not allowed otherwise.
If your order consists of both ready stock and backorder items, whole order will be shipped upon backorder item/s arrivals. If you wish your ready stock to be shipped first, kindly contact us for further arrangement.

Same Day Delivery

Only applicable within Klang Valley Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya)

Items:
Backorder items are not eligible for Same Day Delivery

Fees:
Varies depend on area, fees will calculate itself once address is key in during checkout.

Duration:
Only available during working days
Cut off time is 4pm
Any order that placed after the cut off time, or during non-working days will be ship out by next working day, still a lot faster than normal post 🙂

How to order:
just choose ‘Same Day Delivery’ on the checkout page.

**Someone must standby at the shipping address provided to receive the parcel, otherwise the parcel will be returned to us, and you may need to bear another shipping fee. We recommend home address instead of office address. The postman might call you when they reached. Please contact us within 24 hours in case the parcel didn’t reached you on time.

**In a case where we can’t ship your parcel on time (No postman available, item not available or defected, bad weather, etc) we are sorry for inconvenient and full refund will be provided.
