Gently clean your chest area with mild soap and water to remove body oil and residue from skin. Dry your skin with a soft towel. Then, with both hands on the Bring It Up Instant Breast Lift, PRESS FIRM for a 1-2 minutes to secure the hold. Now, you are ready to enjoy the full support without a bra! Always remove your lifts daily and putting on a fresh pair the next day.

Take your time, APPLY SOME WARM WATER near the area prior to removing the Bring It Up Instant Breast Lift. Then, gently and slowly peel off the Bring It Up Instant Breast Lift starting from the top and gradually downward. You may have red marks on your skin after removing Bring It Up Instant Breast Lift. Red marks should disappear after some time.

Store at room temperature. Avoid exposure to heat or sunlight.
